Building lasting relationships with customers, from their initial greeting to post-sale follow-up. Demonstrating effective selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing, and special occasion rentals. Participating actively in team selling initiatives to boost the store's sales volume and meet metrics goals. Assisting with visual merchandising, store setups, and stock counts. Handling cash register tasks at the point of sale. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Climbing ladders to reach merchandise or supplies Vision to distinguish between fabric patterns and colors Pay range: $15 - $17/hour. We assess each candidate's skills, background, and experience to determine the final salary. Base pay is informed by market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws.
