About the Role: As a Retail Sales Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service and support at the point of sale, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Your role will be vital in maintaining a welcoming environment and helping to drive sales goals. What You'll Do: Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with their shopping needs. Efficiently operate the cash register, process transactions, bag merchandise, and handle all payment methods accurately. Meet or exceed personal sales goals, including credit and loyalty sign-ups. Support inventory accuracy by diligently completing all merchandise management tasks. Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and company standards. Participate in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing and inventory replenishment.
