Complete other assigned duties as needed. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases efficiently while maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs. Provide feedback to management regarding products, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and any issues encountered. Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses. Stock Associate Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness. Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing product displays. Organize incoming inventory and manage packaging waste. Safely operate equipment and adhere to all safety protocols. Physical Demands: Regular responsibilities involve sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking. Stock Associates must be able to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds and stock merchandise across varying shelf heights. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service. Execute general cleaning duties to maintain company standards. Interpret and apply company policies effectively. Exhibit strong verbal communication abilities. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Manage time effectively. Familiarity with company products and services is an advantage. Must have morning availability with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
