Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour (includes a $1.00 seasonal premium for hours worked until 9.7.2025) Wage Increases: Year 2 - $19.00 | Year 3 - $19.50 | Year 4 - $19.50 | Year 5 - $20.50 Duties and Responsibilities: You will be expected to perform your duties effectively, with or without reasonable accommodations. Fulfill other duties as assigned. Cashier Tasks: Process customer purchases while maintaining a clean workspace and neatly stocking shelves. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring shoppers have a pleasant experience. Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory for accuracy, and assist in taking inventory counts. Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses. Stock Associate Tasks: Stock shelves and ensure product freshness by correctly rotating stock. Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays. Organize new inventory and manage packaging waste. Safely operate store machinery in accordance with safety procedures. Physical Requirements: The position includes various physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products weighing up to 45 pounds. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Provide prompt and courteous customer service. Perform cleaning duties to meet company standards. Understand and apply company policies effectively. Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and time management abilities. Have knowledge of the company’s products and services.
