Position Type: Part-Time Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour Wage Increases: Year 2 - $18.50 | Year 3 - $19.00 | Year 4 - $19.00 | Year 5 - $20.00 You will be responsible for: Collaborating with team members and sharing important information with your leaders. Maintaining security and confidentiality of documents and data. Performing cashier duties, including processing customer purchases and cleaning duties. Providing top-notch customer service and assisting customers during their shopping experience. Conducting inventory counts and ensuring inventory accuracy. Adhering to cash policies to minimize losses. Stocking shelves and merchandising products in compliance with planograms. Operating machinery safely and following all safety procedures. Physical Demands: Responsibilities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds. Stock team members must be able to stock merchandise from receiving to shelving and organize new inventory efficiently. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Excellent verbal communication and time management skills. Ability to interpret and apply company policies effectively. Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. Cashier Requirements: Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently. Compliance with state and local regulations for handling and selling alcoholic beverages. Stocker Requirements: Ability to operate equipment safely.
