Your fandom knowledge will be crucial in training new team members and driving daily operations to meet our sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an amazing shopping experience, impressing customers with your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step in as a leader when necessary, covering the sales floor and supporting your Manager. Open and close the store as required, managing operational protocols. Process sales transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom expertise to enhance sales through add-ons and services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and work towards store sales goals, including key performance indicators like UPT and ADT. Assist with merchandising strategies including planogram updates and fixture arrangements. Communicate trends in fashion and music to management and relevant HQ partners. Help protect the store from theft by working with Management to enforce security measures. Maintain an organized stock room and ensure store cleanliness. Support the development of a passionate and collaborative team atmosphere. Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year retail experience—if you're enthusiastic about music and pop culture, this is your place! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and a commitment to developing others. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and handle merchandise boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
