Your fandom knowledge will be invaluable in training new team members and supporting daily operations and sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering an outstanding shopping experience that fosters customer loyalty, utilizing your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Leading the sales floor and providing management support as required. Opening and closing the store when necessary. Processing transactions, encouraging add-on sales, and overseeing register operations. Understanding and striving to meet sales goals and key performance indicators. Assisting with store layout and merchandising updates to enhance customer engagement. Communicating current fashion and music trends to management and headquarters. Ensuring store security and minimizing theft in collaboration with management. Maintaining organization in the stockroom and cleanliness throughout the store. Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, with a strong passion for music and pop culture. Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
