As a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, you will play a vital role in our success by supporting the store leadership team and ensuring that fans can find the merchandise they love. Share your knowledge and excitement for fandom as you train new team members and assist in daily operations while driving sales. What You'll Do: Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and outstanding service. Step up to provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed. Open and close the store as necessary, taking charge of operations. Process sales transactions and utilize your fandom knowledge to drive additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand store sales plans and key performance indicators, such as UPT and ADT. Assist with merchandising changes and maintain an appealing store layout. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and headquarters partners. Work with Management to prevent theft and maintain store security. Help keep the stockroom organized and the store clean and inviting for customers. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment to ensure successful store operations. Perform other assigned duties as directed by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail store experience. If you love music and pop culture, this is the perfect spot for you! The ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and manage stock that may weigh up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations). Compensation for this position ranges from $16 to $18.40 an hour, based on individual qualifications including education, location, and experience.
