As a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager at BoxLunch, you will play a key role in our mission by aiding the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Help fellow fans find the merchandise they adore, train new team members, and support daily operations to achieve our sales goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver a fantastic shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Step up in the moment when needed, providing leadership and support across the sales floor. Take control! Open and close the store whenever required. Handle the register with ease, processing sales transactions and leveraging your fandom expertise to promote additional sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Ensure accurate cash handling and communicate any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and work towards store sales plans, comp sales goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) like Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist in planogram changes, helping to organize store layout, fixtures, and merchandise displays. Share your insights! Report fashion trends and feedback to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. Help maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure the store is always tidy. Foster a collaborative and passionate team environment as you build and retain a stellar team. Take on additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED A minimum of 1 year of retail store experience; if you’re passionate about philanthropy and pop culture, you’re in the right place! Excellent communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills, with a passion for developing your team. You must be at least 18 years of age to join our team. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). The typical retail requirements: ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
