Key Responsibilities: Create an outstanding shopping experience that keeps customers coming back, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills. Provide leadership on the sales floor and support your Manager during busy periods. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store as necessary. Handle sales transactions and promote add-on sales through your fandom knowledge. Understand store sales targets and assist in achieving key performance indicators. Help with merchandising and maintaining the store layout according to planogram changes. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and corporate partners. Work collaboratively with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure security. Assist in keeping the stockroom organized and the store clean and appealing. Help foster a collaborative and enthusiastic team environment. Perform any other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. Requirements: At least 1 year of retail experience; passion for music and pop culture is a plus! Strong communication, time management, and leadership skills. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store and handle merchandise, including lifting up to 50 pounds if necessary. Compensation for this role ranges from $15.50 to $17.85 an hour, based on factors such as education, experience, and location.
