We are currently seeking a dynamic Part-Time Level 2 Assistant Store Manager to help lead our vibrant store. You'll support the Store Manager in achieving key objectives related to sales, recruitment, and team development. What You'll Do: Assist the Store Manager in meeting sales targets and goals, understanding that while it's not all about the money, it certainly plays a key role. Contribute to the recruitment, training, and retention of a passionate, collaborative team to run the store alongside you. Be the store's greatest champion by creating excitement and engagement through promotions of new products and leveraging social media platforms. Lead operational excellence, striking the right balance between daily operations, delegation, and a customer-first approach to selling. Monitor shrinkage, payroll, and associate schedules diligently. Collaboratively share insights and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners on customer trends. Analyze sales reports and utilize data to strategize and achieve sales goals. Merchandise the store effectively, utilizing planograms and ensuring timely promotional launches. In partnership with the Store Manager, cultivate and nurture a high-performing, customer-centric team. What You'll Need: 1-2 years of retail management experience. Proven track record in team leadership and success with skills in communication, recruitment, operations, and development. Exceptional abilities in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations. A high school diploma or GED is required; higher education is a plus. A positive attitude and adaptability to the fast-paced retail environment. Physical ability to navigate the store, utilize equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. Pay range for this position is $19.10 - $22 an hour based on experience and qualifications.
