Key Responsibilities: Create an amazing shopping experience that keeps customers coming back with your product knowledge and great customer service skills. Step up as a leader on the sales floor, providing guidance and support when managers are away. Manage store openings and closings as needed, ensuring smooth store operations. Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and effectively manage the register while communicating any discrepancies. Understand and contribute to store sales goals, including key performance indicators. Assist with store merchandising and layout changes to enhance the shopping experience. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management to influence store offerings. Work alongside management to prevent theft and ensure a safe shopping environment. Keep the stock room organized and maintain a clean and tidy store atmosphere. Help foster a collaborative and passionate team environment where everyone can succeed. Carry out any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader. Qualifications: At least 1 year of retail experience with a passion for music and pop culture. Excellent skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and team development. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
