KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver an extraordinary shopping experience that keeps customers coming back for more, showcasing your expertise in our products and customer service. Step into leadership roles as needed; your support will be vital when the Store Manager is occupied. Take on key responsibilities by opening and closing the store as required. Handle register operations; process transactions and leverage your fandom knowledge to promote add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Manage register closure and report any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and work towards store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT). Assist in implementing planogram changes, including store layout and merchandising strategy. Keep management informed about emerging fashion and music trends. Work closely with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure safety in the store. Support the organization of the stock room and maintain a clean store environment. Help foster a passionate and cooperative team culture that drives store performance. Execute additional tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. QUALIFICATIONS A minimum of 1 year of retail experience; if you're a pop culture enthusiast, this is the perfect fit for you! Strong skills in communication, time management, and professionalism, along with a passion for developing your team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
