Your deep knowledge of fandom culture will help train new team members and support our management team in everyday operations, ensuring fans can get their hands on the merchandise they cherish. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create an outstanding shopping experience that keeps customers coming back. Impress them with your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills! Step up to provide leadership support on the sales floor when the Store Manager is unavailable. Manage store operations by opening and closing the store as required. Process sales transactions at the register, utilizing your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and handle BOPIS and curbside pickup efficiently. Additionally, manage register close-out and report any discrepancies to your Store Manager. Understand and engage with store sales plans, including comp sales goals and key performance indicators. Assist in store layout changes, including the merchandising mix, wall displays, and shelf organization. Share your insights! Communicate prevailing fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain a secure store environment. Help maintain an organized stockroom and keep the sales floor clean and inviting. Support the development of a collaborative, passionate team to successfully run the store. Carry out any other tasks assigned by your Store Leader. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Minimum of 1 year of retail store experience. If you have a love for music and pop culture, you belong here! Excellent skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operations, along with a strong desire to develop your team. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle stock weighing up to 50 pounds.
