We are currently looking for a dedicated Part-Time Assistant Store Manager Level 2 to help lead our vibrant store. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving key store objectives, including meeting sales targets, recruiting talented team members, and fostering their development. RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Store Manager in reaching sales plans and comp sales goals. While sales are important, excellent customer service is equally a priority. Recruit, develop, and retain a passionate and collaborative team to benefit store operations. Generate excitement and engagement among customers by promoting new products and utilizing social media platforms, as well as offering services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Provide leadership in operating a highly efficient business, balancing operations, delegation, and a customer-first selling approach. Monitor loss prevention, payroll hours, and staff schedules diligently. Communicate effectively with retail leadership and HQ partners regarding customer trends and feedback. Analyze sales reports and use data to refine strategies for achieving sales targets. Merchandise the store attractively, following planograms, and ensure timely launch of promotions. In partnership with the Store Manager, develop a high-performing, customer-focused team. QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of retail store management experience is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a big plus! Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving team success; strong communication, recruiting, and operational skills are essential. Excellent time management, professionalism, and a strong desire to nurture team development are crucial. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a college degree is a bonus. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Physical requirements include navigating the store, merchandising products with store equipment, and handling merchandise boxes that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
