As a key player in our success, you will support the store leadership team in offering top-notch customer service and ensuring fellow fans can access the merchandise they love. What You'll Do: Deliver an extraordinary shopping experience, making customers excited to return through your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Step up to provide leadership support on the sales floor when your Manager is unavailable. Manage store opening and closing procedures as needed. Handle register transactions efficiently, leveraging your fandom knowledge to boost add-on sales through services like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Understand and communicate store sales plans, including comp sales goals, UPT, and ADT. Assist with merchandising updates, including planogram changes for store maps, wall displays, fixtures, and product mix. Share insights on fashion and music trends with management and relevant HQ partners. Collaborate with Store Management to monitor and prevent theft. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure the store is dedicated to a tidy presentation. Cultivate a collaborative and passionate team environment to operate the store effectively. Assist with any additional tasks assigned by your Store Leader. What You'll Need: A minimum of 1 year of retail experience, ideally with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, operational tasks, and a commitment to team development. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store, operate merchandising equipment, and handle boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The pay for this position ranges from $15.50 - $17.85 per hour, based on factors including education, location, experience, and training. Note: Pay range varies based on qualifications and experience.
