Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the restaurant. Train and mentor team members to provide outstanding service to our guests. Manage inventory effectively while adhering to strict food safety and quality standards. Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls. Provide leadership and direction to the team to surpass sales targets. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement operational improvements successfully. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Food/Hospitality role. Strong record of leading and motivating a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
