Key responsibilities include: Ensuring that all Team Members and Shift Managers complete their assigned tasks. Managing inventory effectively and overseeing financial accountability. Delivering safe, high-quality food with a friendly demeanor. Promoting a safe working environment for employees and a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Job Requirements and Essential Functions: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred. 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit and Loss responsibilities. Basic computer literacy. Preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position. Must be at least 18 years old. Successful completion of background check and drug test required. Reliable transportation is necessary. Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making abilities. Physical ability to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and manage trash disposal. Capable of performing outdoor maintenance tasks, including cleaning the parking lot and surrounding grounds. Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for approximately 80% of the shift.
