The Entry-Level Shift Supervisor Trainee position is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to step into a supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. Successful completion of this program will open doors for promotions to higher management roles that support the CVS Store Management team in driving store performance. This role involves guiding store staff, ensuring smooth operations during your shift, and completing all necessary opening and closing procedures in the absence of a manager. Essential Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with store management and associates. Supervise store crew by assigning tasks and overseeing activities. Communicate vital information to both store management and crew members. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints. Promote a culture of excellent customer service, including greeting customers and expressing gratitude. Resolve customer relations issues in line with company policies to ensure a positive shopping experience. Uphold customer and patient confidentiality. Required Skills: Strong deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills. Advanced communication and computer skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred Experience: Retail experience. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on factors like experience, education, and geography.
