Essential Responsibilities: Collaborate effectively with store management and associates. Supervise store crew by assigning tasks and overseeing activities. Communicate vital information to both store management and crew members. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints. Promote a culture of excellent customer service, including greeting customers and expressing gratitude. Resolve customer relations issues in line with company policies to ensure a positive shopping experience. Uphold customer and patient confidentiality. Required Skills: Strong deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills. Advanced communication and computer skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred Experience: Retail experience.
