You will receive comprehensive training to develop your management skills, learn about CVS/pharmacy culture, and prepare for future responsibilities. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible for promotion to open Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor positions. Key Responsibilities: Management Collaborate effectively with store management and team members. Oversee store operations by assigning and guiding team activities. Communicate crucial information between store management and crews.
Customer Service Assist customers with inquiries, resolving issues and complaints. Champion CVS's customer service culture by engaging with customers positively. Manage customer relations following company policies to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Ensure the confidentiality of customer and patient information.
Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule, including shifts on early mornings, nights, and weekends, are essential. Overtime may be required as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in retail is advantageous. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory. Work Schedule: Part-time, anticipated weekly hours: 20. Pay: $16.00 per hour.
