Key Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier customer service by warmly greeting guests, assisting with their gaming needs, recommending products, and expressing gratitude for their visit. Contribute to a welcoming shopping environment, supporting all visual and operational initiatives throughout the busy holiday season. Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store. Assist in the stocking and restocking of merchandise, ensuring it is presented neatly and in an orderly fashion. Support sales goals and efforts to minimize losses by engaging positively with customers. Address customer inquiries effectively and escalate issues to management as needed. Follow inventory control and loss prevention best practices while being attentive to safety guidelines. Adhere to company policies regarding attendance, confidentiality, and ethics. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Skills and Abilities: Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to follow instructions in various formats (written, oral, and diagrams). A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Clear verbal communication and listening skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Meet performance expectations, including attendance and professional appearance.
