Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly, offering assistance with their shopping needs, operating cash registers, and efficiently processing transactions. Deliver courteous and friendly service while adhering to company guidelines for point of sale and customer interactions. Achieve personal sales targets such as credit applications and loyalty enrollments. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory through diligent transaction processing and merchandise handling. Help in training new team members in effective service practices and cash handling protocols aligned with our brand. Participate in daily operational tasks including register balancing and supply replenishment.
