As a Temporary Retail Sales Representative, you will support our store team during peak sales seasons, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service through our unique buy, sell, trade, and reservation business model. Quickly and courteously address customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary. Follow all GameStop policies and procedures, assuring compliance with attendance and ethical standards. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail sales or customer service experience is a plus. Key Skills: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to follow instructions in various formats. Outgoing personality with strong customer service abilities. Clear communication skills, both spoken and written; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well within a team.
