About the Role As a Temporary Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service during the busy season. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth point of sale transactions while enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming customers warmly and offering assistance with product selections. Operating the cash register, scanning items, bagging merchandise, and managing various payment methods efficiently. Executing point of sale processes according to company standards, prioritizing courteous and prompt service. Aiming to meet or exceed individual sales goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups. Supporting inventory management by accurately completing required transactions and stock handling. Assisting in training new team members on best practices and point of sale procedures. Participating in daily service tasks such as cash balancing and supply replenishment.
