About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Temporary Retail Sales Associates. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service at our point of sale and assist customers in a variety of ways, ensuring smooth operations and an enjoyable shopping experience. What You'll Do Welcome and assist customers in finding products and services. Efficiently operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle various payment methods. Deliver fast and friendly service while maintaining company standards for accuracy and efficiency. Set and achieve individual goals such as credit and loyalty program enrollment. Support accurate inventory management through precise sales and merchandise handling. Contribute to training new team members by sharing best practices and ensuring adherence to company standards. Engage in daily operational tasks including cash balancing and supply replenishment. All associates are responsible for: Fostering a culture of integrity, honesty, and teamwork. What Skills You Have Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities while paying attention to detail. Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal abilities. No prior retail experience necessary. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability, including daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
