In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service during the busy season, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile while keeping our operations running smoothly. What You'll Do: Warmly engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and manage various payment methods with efficiency. Meet or exceed individual performance goals, including offering credit and loyalty programs. Support inventory accuracy by expertly handling all point of sale and merchandise processes. Help train new team members by sharing best practices and point of sale procedures to uphold our brand standards. Participate in daily operations including register balancing and replenishing supplies. All associates are expected to: Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. No prior retail experience is required. Must be at least 16 years old. Flexible availability for daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holiday shifts.
