As a Stockroom Associate, you play a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our store runs efficiently and our customers experience the 'WOW' moments we promise. Position Details: This position requires availability during the following hours: 6:00am to 12:00pm or 7:00am to 1:00pm. What You'll Do: Freight and Inventory Management: Unload, sort, and process freight shipments efficiently. Manage the flow of merchandise from delivery to the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring everything is organized and accounted for. Customer Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online purchases for in-store pickup and direct shipping. Your efficiency and accuracy directly enhance the customer experience. Stockroom Operations: Keep the stockroom clean, safe, and organized, maintaining product availability for the sales team. Support the Sales Team: Work closely with sales associates by keeping them informed about stock levels and new arrivals, enabling them to provide outstanding customer service. Uphold Standards: Follow company policies for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness. Ensure we meet our operational standards daily. Assist as Needed: Perform additional duties as directed by management to support the store's overall success. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Customer-focused and dedicated to providing excellent service. Shows pride and ownership in their work. Acts with integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. Team player who collaborates effectively. Willingness to perform other duties as needed. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting at various heights. Frequent use of repetitive hand and finger motions, as well as reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift up to twenty pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Comfortable climbing ladders and reaching as needed. Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use of a computer for up to 60% of the workday.
