The strength of our store lies in a well-organized and dedicated stockroom team. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver unforgettable moments to our customers. This position requires availability during these hours: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm What You'll Do: Freight and Inventory Management: Unload, sort, and process freight shipments efficiently. Manage the movement of goods from the truck to the stockroom and sales floor, keeping everything accounted for and organized. Customer Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including items for in-store pickup and direct shipping from the store. Your speed and precision will enhance the customer experience. Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized stockroom. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and ensure easy access for store team members. Support the Sales Team: Work closely with sales associates to maintain product availability and share updates on new arrivals and stock levels, enabling them to provide excellent service. Uphold Standards: Follow all company policies on safety, merchandising, and cleanliness to ensure our operations run smoothly every day. Assist as Needed: Perform additional tasks as directed by management to contribute to the overall success of the store. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not required. Customer-centric approach. Pride in performing your job well and taking ownership of store responsibilities. Integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. A team player who collaborates effectively. Willingness to take on various duties as assigned. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting required. Repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reaching with hands and arms. Frequent lifting of up to twenty pounds, occasionally up to 40 pounds. Ability to push/pull up to 20 lbs. Capability to climb ladders and perform bending movements. Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas.
