The backbone of our operations is a well-organized stockroom team. As a Stockroom Associate, you'll be integral in helping us deliver our promise of outstanding service. Availability: This position requires availability between the hours of 3:00pm - 9:00pm. What You'll Do: Freight and Inventory Management: Unload, sort, and process freight shipments efficiently, ensuring all merchandise is organized and accounted for. Customer Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, enhancing their shopping experience with speed and precision. Stockroom Operations: Maintain a clean and safe stockroom while restocking the sales floor and managing merchandise availability. Support the Sales Team: Collaborate with sales associates to ensure consistent product availability and keep them informed about stock levels and new arrivals. Uphold Standards: Adhere to all safety, merchandising, and cleanliness policies, taking pride in our operational standards. Assist as Needed: Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support the store’s success. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Retail experience is a plus but not essential. Customer-centric attitude. Ownership and pride in your work. Integrity and trustworthiness. Strong communication and listening skills. Team player with collaborative spirit. Willingness to take on varied responsibilities. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Environmental Factors: Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day. Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting motions required. Repetitive hand and finger movements may be necessary. Regularly lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifts up to 40 pounds. Must be capable of push/pull up to 20 lbs. Climbing ladders and bending are essential parts of the role. Work in various temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas. Use a computer for up to 60% of your time during the day. Position Compensation: Compensation for this role ranges from $19.00 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
