About The Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate, where you'll provide outstanding service in point of sale and customer interaction processes. Your focus will be on delivering quick, efficient transactions while creating an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them with product inquiries and services. Operate the cash register, accurately scan items, bag purchases, and manage various payment methods. Deliver friendly, fast, and efficient service while adhering to company guidelines. Work towards and achieve individual sales goals, including credit sign-ups and loyalty programs. Help maintain accurate inventory by following the correct point of sale procedures and merchandise management practices. Participate in the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices and effective point of sale techniques. Assist in daily operational tasks such as cash balancing, change orders, and inventory supply replenishment. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. No prior retail experience is necessary. Must be 16 years of age or older. Flexible availability for shifts during days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Experience in client-facing retail or service roles. Pay Starts At: $13.25
