About The Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate where your excellent customer service skills will shine! In this position, you'll focus on providing swift, efficient service while creating memorable experiences for our customers. Deliver exceptional service at the point of sale and in all customer interactions! What You'll Do Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services. Efficiently operate a cash register, accurately scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods. Meet or exceed individual sales goals, including those related to credit and loyalty programs. Ensure inventory accuracy by accurately executing all point of sale and merchandise handling practices. Help train new associates by sharing best practices, procedures, and Kohl's brand standards. Participate in essential daily tasks such as register and cash balancing and supplying replenishment. Associate Responsibilities Act with integrity and promote teamwork in a welcoming culture. Exercise good judgment, making informed decisions and seeking advice when necessary. Anticipate customer needs, providing effective solutions to any issues. Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes effectively. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards for everyone’s well-being. Respond positively to guidance from supervisors and management. Other responsibilities as assigned. What Skills You Have Required: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks mindfully. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. No prior retail experience is necessary; we provide training! Must be 16 years or older. Flexible schedule availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
