About The Role Join our team as a Seasonal Retail Customer Service Associate, where you will provide outstanding customer service and ensure smooth operations at our point of sale. This role focuses on creating a positive shopping experience while efficiently handling transactions. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with their product inquiries and needs, operating the cash register and processing payments accurately. Deliver fast and friendly service while adhering to company point of sale and customer service standards. Aim to meet individual performance goals, including credit and loyalty programs. Help maintain accurate inventory through systematic handling and processing of merchandise. Participate in training new team members on best practices and company standards. Contribute to daily operations, including cash balancing and supply replenishment. All associates at Kohl's are expected to: Act with integrity and promote teamwork in a welcoming environment. Make thoughtful decisions and collaborate with supervisors when needed. Anticipate customer needs and resolve issues effectively. Handle multiple tasks within established timelines. Follow company policies and safety guidelines diligently. Respond positively to direction from management. Take on additional tasks as assigned. What Skills You Have Required: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required: No previous retail experience necessary. Required: Must be at least 16 years old. Required: Availability for flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
