You will support the Operations Manager in tasks such as employee management, stock management, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the timely shipment of merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers. Retrieve merchandise and handle customer Locate orders efficiently. Reconcile all store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving paperwork following company policy. Implement all loss prevention measures to minimize potential shrink. Execute visual merchandising standards, perform price adjustments, and maintain compliance to enhance customer experience. Qualifications: At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience. Confident in interacting with and guiding employees. Adaptable to changing demands in a fast-paced retail environment. Proactive in initiating tasks with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills, including problem-solving and financial analysis. High standards of ethics, values, integrity, and trust. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
