In this part-time role, you will not only drive sales through proactive customer engagement but also maintain exceptional standards in merchandising, freight processing, and logistics, ensuring client satisfaction remains unparalleled. Additionally, you will serve as a 'Key Carrier' and may take on 'Leader on Duty' responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Print Sales and Services: Enhance the Print function's operations while driving store sales; assist associates with all equipment to ensure timely and accurate order completion. Operational Efficiency: Streamline merchandise processing while adhering to company standards; identify and implement process improvements and support loss prevention efforts. Client Engagement: Improve client satisfaction through effective coaching of associates and support community outreach initiatives; continually develop your sales skills and product knowledge. External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure store safety and security in the absence of management; manage opening and closing processes, including alarm system operations and cash handling reviews. Education and Experience: Preferred High School diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on sales and/or customer service. Basic computer skills are necessary, including the ability to operate technology for information access. Experience in Customer Service and Print Services is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required for establishing customer relationships. Must show adaptability in a changing environment and possess a professional demeanor. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure high-quality production in Print Services. Demonstrated passion for the brand and a desire for continuous improvement in personal selling skills.
