Key responsibilities include: Providing outstanding guest services Controlling store expenses Managing shrink and inventory Overseeing merchandising and staffing Setting up, packing up, and tearing down a seasonal store The ideal candidate will be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Please note that this role involves physical demands such as standing or walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up store fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
