In this position, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, driving maximum sales and profitability through exceptional Guest Services and prudent expense management. Your key responsibilities will include: Overseeing shrink, merchandising, and inventory control Effective staffing and training of team members Coordinating store setup, pack-up, and teardown We require candidates to be at least 21 years of age and possess a flexible schedule. The role involves physical demands including standing or walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and the ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
