Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Retail Store Leader! We offer an hourly rate ranging from $21.50 - $21.75 per hour, based on your qualifications and experience. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete operation of the seasonal store, driving maximum sales and profitability. You'll establish and maintain excellent Guest Services while effectively controlling expenses. Your responsibilities will include managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and overseeing the setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store. To qualify, you must be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule. This role requires physical stamina, as you will be standing or walking for over 8 hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
