The Retail Service Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the retail experience by supporting managers in sales, customer service, store layout, and daily operations. This position will also manage shifts in the absence of management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Lead store team members in providing outstanding service to both retail and professional customers. Supervise Customer Service Programs: Monitor and ensure team adherence to customer service protocols, including Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, and more. Efficient Order Processing: Oversee timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders while ensuring customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals. Manage Returns/Exchanges: Ensure a smooth and friendly return and exchange process, accurately issuing refunds and managing returned merchandise. Invoicing Oversight: Confirm all merchandise is appropriately invoiced before leaving the store. Communication and Delegation: Ensure effective communication of company messages and delegate tasks effectively among team members. Work Schedule Management: Monitor adherence to work schedules and confirm that any changes are approved by management. Store Operations: Perform opening and closing duties, including money handling, securing the store, and managing security systems. Qualifications: Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to obtain RSS Certification. Desired: Experience in retail sales, preferably in auto parts, knowledge of automotive systems and repair, ASE Certification, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish preferred).
