Retail Service Coordinator Compensation Pay Range: $11.13 - $20.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and premiums depending on specific circumstances. The Retail Service Coordinator will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position also involves taking on shift management responsibilities when Assistant or Store Managers are not present. Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. Essential Job Functions Lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and professional customers. Supervise customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring team members effectively execute customer service programs. Answer telephone calls in accordance with company policy. Process online orders and shipments promptly, keeping customers informed about their order status. Effectively manage special orders and external purchases using the electronic purchase order system. Handle customer returns and exchanges courteously and efficiently, ensuring accurate refunds and correct processing of merchandise. Ensure all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced before leaving the store. Communicate necessary messages to staff and ensure tasks such as merchandising are completed as assigned. Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule and handle any deviations according to company policy. Perform all store opening and closing duties, including end-of-day procedures and securing cash deposits as required. Complete any other assigned tasks. Required Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities: Excellent communication skills Able to obtain RSS Certification Desired: Experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive sector Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs ASE Certification Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) O'Reilly Auto Parts is known for its growth and stability, promoting from within and encouraging employees to develop their careers alongside the organization.
