The Retail Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in enhancing the sales and customer service experience, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and ensuring smooth store operations. This position will also take on shift management responsibilities when the Assistant or Store Manager is unavailable. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service to both retail and professional clients. Oversee customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team compliance with customer service programs. Ensure that all phone calls are handled according to company standards. Facilitate the timely processing of online orders, store transfers, and notify customers upon the arrival of shipments. Efficiently manage special orders and outside purchases following correct procedures. Handle customer returns and exchanges pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring accurate refunds are processed through appropriate payment methods. Ensure all merchandise leaves the store fully invoiced, including core charges and warranties. Communicate Zipline messages effectively, and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as necessary. Monitor adherence to scheduled hours and any changes must be approved by management. Perform all essential opening and closing duties, including cash handling procedures and ensuring store security. Complete other assigned duties as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication abilities. Ability to obtain RSS Certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail sales, especially in auto parts. Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. ASE Certification. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
