Retail Service Coordinator Join our dynamic team as a Retail Service Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting leadership in sales, customer service, store presentation, and operational excellence. This position will also empower you to take charge of shift management responsibilities when the Store Manager or Assistant Managers are unavailable. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service to all clients. Oversee customer service standards within the retail showroom, ensuring the team adheres to service programs. Ensure prompt and professional telephone responses according to company standards. Efficiently manage online orders, coordinating between store and distribution channels, and notify customers upon order arrivals. Handle special orders and outside purchases per company procedures using the electronic order ledger. Facilitate retail customer returns and exchanges with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring accurate refunds using specified payment methods. Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before any product leaves the store. Communicate store updates through Zipline messages and assign Image Maker and merchandising tasks for completion. Ensure team adherence to the work schedule, with any adjustments approved by management, while maintaining proper clock-in/out procedures. Execute all opening and closing tasks: perform end-of-day procedures, handle money and deposits securely, and manage store security. Complete any additional tasks as assigned.
