The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a vital role within the Store Management team, contributing to our mission of helping people on their journey to better health by enhancing store performance and fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service. Working under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Retail Operations Supervisor ensures a motivated and efficient store team through effective leadership and by setting a positive example. Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall management, supervision, and implementation of store policies. Manage sales and inventory efficiently. Assist in employee staffing, training, and development. Contribute to financial management within the store. Champion customer service initiatives. Essential Functions: Management: Inspire and unify the store team. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly. Promote the CVS customer service culture by engaging with customers positively. Required Qualifications: Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Flexible availability to meet full-time scheduling needs, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in retail management or supervision. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $17.00 - $29.00 This pay range is indicative of the base hourly rate or base annual salary for all positions within this job grade.
