Position Summary The Retail Operations Supervisor is a vital part of our Store Management team and plays a key role in fulfilling our mission to help people on their path to better health. This position emphasizes driving store execution and performance while fostering consumer loyalty through exemplary customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Supervisor will engage and lead a productive store team by demonstrating initiative and serving as a role model. Key Responsibilities: Management: Lead and work positively with store crews; supervise, assign, and direct team activities; communicate information effectively to staff and supervisors. Customer Service: Assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns, promoting a culture of excellent customer service throughout the store. Operational Support: Collaborate with the Store Manager on action plans to enhance store operations and service quality. Requirements: Strong deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities, including the capacity to influence and guide others. Availability to work a full-time, flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime, and urgent issues as they arise. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a retail management or supervisory role. Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29 hours Compensation: The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.00 per hour, based on various factors including experience, education, and location.
