Retail Operations Supervisor As a key leader, you will manage all aspects of our retail/food operations. You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling a dynamic team of 20-60 coworkers. Your key responsibilities will include: Ensuring food safety and compliance Managing ordering and inventory control Analyzing Profit and Loss statements Maintaining cleanliness and stocking Requirements: Excellent people skills and conflict resolution abilities A passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adjust priorities A desire to support and mentor coworkers Commitment to a clean and welcoming store environment Previous management or leadership experience is preferred Schedule: You will typically work 45 hours over a 5-day workweek, with time and a half for any hours beyond 40 in a week.
