Your Role: Master the Essentials: Shadow our management team to learn the ins and outs of sales, operations, and leadership. Create Memorable Experiences: Help us deliver top-notch service that keeps customers coming back. Motivate the Team: Engage in team meetings to inspire and align with your colleagues, setting a positive tone for success. Coach and Develop: Participate in one-on-one sessions to enhance associate performance and foster a collaborative atmosphere. Tackle Challenges: Contribute to quick, effective problem-solving to keep our showroom running smoothly. Support Multiple Locations: Dedicate one shift per week in Johnstown and provide coverage during manager PTO to strengthen cross-location connections. Who You Are: A strong communicator who conveys ideas clearly and effectively. Highly organized and dependable, even in the fast-paced world of retail. A people-oriented individual who builds trust and inspires those around you. Physically able to lift 75 lbs. with assistance for product demonstrations. Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Possess 2-4 years of retail management experience (experience with commission-based sales is a plus). Education: Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not essential. Located within commuting distance of Johnstown, PA (30 miles) for a weekly shift and PTO coverage.
