Meeting sales and customer experience goals through effective merchandising and operational practices. Acting as a liaison between customers, associates, and store leadership. Staying updated on product knowledge and trends to effectively meet customer needs. Fostering a positive, inclusive workplace atmosphere. Qualifications We Desire: At least 1 year of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales role. Confidence and comfort in engaging with customers to enhance their experience. A strong driven attitude towards achieving exceptional results through customer interaction. Adaptability in responding to new challenges in the fast-paced world of omni-channel retail. Ability to work independently and successfully complete tasks without oversight. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. High level of integrity and ethical standards.
