Essential Responsibilities Compliance (50%) Monitor customer behavior and check identification to verify age, ensuring responsible alcohol service. Deny the sale of alcohol or tobacco to underage or intoxicated customers. Customer Excellence (25%) Address customer needs with continuous attention. Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly and courteously. Proactively suggest products to enhance customer experience. Operational Excellence (25%) Stock and rotate products to guarantee freshness. Efficiently use supplies to minimize waste and maintain cost-effectiveness. Accurately operate cashiering systems and recognize various forms of payment. Keep work areas clean and report any safety hazards to management. Qualifications Required Education High School / GED Preferred Education High School / GED Diploma Language Requirements English; Spanish preferred. Relevant Experience 0-3 years minimum; no supervisory experience required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Must be at least 21 years of age. TIPS Training required before starting in the role. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; proficiently follow instructions. Authorized to work in the United States or able to obtain authorization. Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check. Familiarity with all company policies and procedures. High integrity and reliability standards. Basic computer skills for online training. Exceptional customer service capabilities. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
