Key Responsibilities: Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer. Accurately operate the register and point-of-sale system for transactions and shift reporting. Maintain fully stocked, clean, and organized shelves, coolers, and displays. Ensure store cleanliness across all areas, including restrooms, floors, counters, and windows. Stay informed about current promotions, product placement, and pricing. Assist customers with inquiries about wine, liquor, or beer selections, making recommendations when possible. Help build displays and organize featured products effectively. Communicate any customer concerns or operational issues to leadership promptly. Follow all store safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and loss prevention measures. Collaborate effectively with team members and follow directions from Leads, Assistant Managers, and the Store Manager. Perform additional tasks as needed to support store operations.
