This role involves interacting with hundreds of customers weekly across the country to resolve issues, sell products, and ensure a top-tier customer experience. You should be confident, engaged, and bring a positive attitude daily. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound contacts courteously and professionally. Use knowledge base and training to answer questions and recommend products. Understand customer needs and resolve issues. Research and coordinate with other departments as needed. Use systems and technology for account management. Accurately document and process orders. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of information. Escalate issues as necessary. Participate in meetings and training to stay updated. Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Typing speed of 20+ WPM. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Reliable with good attendance. Preferred (not required) Experience in customer service or related fields.
