Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences: Greet every customer warmly and observe their needs to provide personalized service. Promote and enroll new members in the DSW Loyalty program. Assist customers with product inquiries and complete transactions, both in-store and digitally. Ensure a welcoming shopping environment: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including common areas and the stockroom. Receive and manage inventory, ensuring products are presented according to DSW standards. Utilize technology to enhance customer service: Be involved in the fulfillment process by locating, inspecting, and packaging products for pickup or delivery. Use company tools effectively for product searches and inquiries. Put the customer first: Process transactions accurately, following cash handling policies. Collaborate with the CEL when addressing customer concerns or queries. Adhere to asset protection policies to maintain store security. Bring a positive attitude every day: Engage in daily team huddles and training sessions. Be open to receiving and acting on constructive feedback. Foster a sense of teamwork and inclusivity.
